San Diego, California — September 13, 2018 — Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions has announced that Staff Smart, Inc. made the 2018 List of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms. This year 94 companies qualified for inclusion on the annual list. The list ranks firms by compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for revenue from 2013 through 2017, excluding acquisitions. The 2018 List of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms is sponsored by Advance Partners.
“We are excited to be among the amazing companies on the SIA list and to make it two years in a row is a huge accomplishment for us” said Staff Smart President and CEO Christine Hoffman-Hicks. “Bravo to the entire Staff Smart team for their dedication and commitment to our serving our clients and candidates. This growth is a great indicator of what lies ahead.” Hoffman-Hicks has a twenty-year track record as a global top biller, business executive, and leader in the staffing industry.
To qualify for the list companies needed to have had at least $1 million in revenue in 2013 and at least 15% CAGR between 2013 and 2017. The median CAGR for the top 10 companies this year was 97.8%, up from 83.5% last year. For the full list, it was 26.9%.
“The fastest-growing staffing firms stand out for their top line growth and performance in a dynamic and evolving ecosystem,” said Barry Asin, SIA President. “We congratulate these organizations on their achievements as they set the pace and raise the bar industrywide.”

“We congratulate the inspirational staffing firms that have made the list this year. It’s a true testament to hard work, dedication and agility in the marketplace especially with the current labor market constraints on talent,” stated Adam Stern, Senior Director and General Manager at Advance Partners. “Our mission at Advance Partners is to help staffing firms grow so the sponsorship of this list is really critical to our company goals as well. It’s so tough to break through those growth barriers but the firms on this list have truly done so and deserve recognition from SIA for this achievement.”
