Julian Hicks CFO

Julian Hicks has over 20 years of technical and managerial expertise, working for financial powerhouses Credit Suisse First Boston, JP Morgan, and for the world's second largest outsourcing company CSC. For the last 15 years Julian worked in both England and in the US before settling in San Diego in 2002 with CSC where he managed one of CSC's largest commercial datacenters.

Julian's forte has been to build IT organizations based on passion, camaraderie, skills and commitment He has managed numerous IT organizations such as helpdesks, operations teams, engineering teams and application development teams many in excess of 60 employees. Julian has been instrumental rolling out global applications and has bought new products to market for CSC. Julian was accountable for P&L budgets in excess of $70M, and all his years of running business for CSC, he never went over budget.

Julian brings to Staff Smart a deep understanding, of both IT infrastructure and application development, as well as the budgetary challenges that running these services can have.
