Christine’s primary focus has been in information technology placements, however based on market demand we are able to offer our clients and candidates a wider range of placement types and positions.
Originally from New York State, Christine has lived in Wilmington, Delaware where she began her staffing career in 1999. She moved to San Diego in 2002. Christine graduated from the State University of New York, College at Fredonia with a degree in Environmental Sciences.

Julian Hicks
Julian Hicks has over 20 years IT expertise in both technical and management positions. Julian worked for Credit Suisse First Boston and JP Morgan in London, and through an outsourcing deal became an employee of Computer Sciences Corporation in 1996.
Julian has managed Help Desks, 7 x 24 x 365 Operations and engineering teams, as well as managing 2 of CSC’S large data centers. He was responsible for multi-million dollar budgets covering numerous books of business. Julian has developed and implemented global applications, as well as bringing new products to market for CSC.
Julian is able to bring the technical and business acumen to the staffing business, ensuring that only the people with the best technical skills, and the best personal fit, are presented to clients. Anyone who has worked for Julian over the years will tell you, that he truly believes in the mantra, “It’s about the People”
